This review focuses on both Luis Carrillo in Service as well as Glenn Ross in Sales.I came in because I had some interest in a GT-350 and he actually had 2 in stock. both were very desirable (to me) and he was 1. Very patient with all my lil questions 2. Very knowledgeable in his products (which is actually rare in car sales) and finally 3. Not high pressure in his sales technique. He gave me the numbers and unfortunately the numbers didn’t work for me and he understood and respected that.The next aspect of the Marin Co. Ford experience is Luis Carrillo in Service. I had to bring my car in for some warranty work and I had to wait about a week or so to get my car in (all of the service centers had the same amount of wait) and we found out that an obscure assembly was defective and it was going to take about a week to just get the part in.This is where Mr. Carrillo’s experience shined. He was very clear with communication to me and reached out several times while my car was in for service giving me updates about when the part(s) came in and estimated time of completion.All in all both Service and sales aspects of Marin Co. Ford were really good and I would have no problem going back for either a new car or getting said car serviced.
