Always great friendly service. We got a pizza for New Years Eve and tipped cash at the window because it was a special day. The man at the window, I think was a manager, let us know that tips are split between the staff and that he was appreciative on behalf of everyone. It really made our day special.

So ordered pizza for my homebound elderly mother for dinner this evening. Associate by the name of Michael has poor customer service skills causing order to be cancelled and losing my business from this point forward. Hopefully they will go back and associate my name and number with their sales history and realize just how many times I have patronized their business, even ordering multiple pizzas for my vet’s office, personal orders, and family orders and realize this isn’t known as customer retention. Businesses need to understand clients pay their bills and they pay their employees. Clients do not pay for poor service. They can thank Michael ….I pay you, you don’t pay me. Get it together
