Refused to serve my family because we didn’t have masks! Will tell all my friends and family to never give them business again! Plenty of other ice cream shops in town not requiring masks like farmhouse creamery and farmhouse frozen yogurt.

Nice people, and they usually always put a good amount of ice cream in. I love Marble Slab!! Their butter pecan is my absolute favorite flavor.

Poor service. I asked for a sample of a flavor and the lady at the counter rudely responded that they weren’t doing samples due to covid. I don’t see what covid has to do with serving samples since it’s the exact same as serving any ice cream of any size, but whatever. Seems silly to pay $8 for an ice cream that I might Hate, so I just walked out.
