I went into Mann’s with a plan to get a new diamond placed into my 25 year old engagement band. Mary Beth greeted us and took time to talk through what I specifically wanted. The thing that really stood out was her care about how it came out too. She let me look through all the options and in a sense “dreamed with me” on how it would look best!I didn’t feel rushed. In fact I got into dreaming and trying on an anniversary band that would go with the ring that will be purchased in the future.Definitely a great experience!
