What happened today blows my mind. My daughter gets a pair of leggings for a Christmas gift. They are from Mandees, they don’t fit, I go to the store and ask for store credit as I don’t have the receipt. They say no receipt nothing they can do. This was a gift I tell them and they say that’s the policy and the lady behind the register says that’s my job to enforce it. I attached the policy and nowhere does it say no receipt, final sale or anything like that. I called the store manager and texted her and no word back. On top of that they have a whole rack of the item in all different sizes and she wont let me get them. I have never seen a more ridiculous policy in my life.

Let me start by saying that I have been a Mandee shopper for over 10 years. Sales are good, quality is good and employees are USUALLY very nice and helpful. Well today I went 12/7/18 with my 19 month old daughter. We were there close to an hour. I grabbed a bunch of stuff to try on and after deciding on a few items waited a while at the register before being greeted by an employee (blonde female). She comes to me and says they can’t check me out because the machine that takes off the security tags is broken. I asked why the store was open then since people can’t purchase almost anything in the store. She replies well I wanted to but YOU were here and I can’t lock the doors with you inside. Really!? How difficult would it have been to let me know while I was in the fitting room or walking around so I could have saved myself time. I have an inpatient toddler and time is valuable. I wasted a good chunk of my day today because an employee couldn’t be bothered with her customers. I highly recommend hiring more competent individuals in the future. I’m extremely upset.
