My wife and I recommend Mancini’s in San Jose for anyone looking for a great deal and impeccable customer service. We have purchased 3 beds from this location. The first two were for our daughters and Mancini’s beat the price of Sleeptrain by a few hundred dollars and were able to deliver significantly faster than their competitors. We then went in to purchase a bed for ourselves. Kenny Ledesma met us and walked us through the process. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with. This place was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a mattress. Buying a bed isn’t easy, especially during a pandemic, and every step of the way the staff (thanks, Marcus!) really reached out. They wanted our business and gave us an excellent deal, and kept in communication even as manufacturer slowdown added an unexpected delay. This bed was worth the wait and having somebody else set it up was a relief, too. I’ve been sleeping better than ever. And so has my cat.
