Myyyy goodness! My husband and I laid on about ten mattresses and swapped back and forth between two of them many many times. At no point did we feel pressured to hurry up and make a decision! The customer service was incredible and Brandon made sure that we were getting what we wanted and understood the differences between each mattress!I highly recommend anyone not sure of what they want or 100% sure of what they want to go to Mancini’s Sleepworld in Concord!!!

This is the second time we are buying a mattress from this store and it’s entirely because of Brandon Clark. From the minute my husband and I walked in Brandon remembered us from almost 3 years ago!! He even remembered the bed we bought. Now that’s impressive!He made the process of upgrading to a split king seamless. He ran through numbers with us and did not stop until we were completely satisfied. Brandon is a wonderful salesperson and deserves all the praise he receives. Thank you so much!

I hadn’t slept on a new mattress in years so I thought there was nothing special about a new one… But I was wrong,, I love my Beautyrest from Mancini’s!!! It was worth every penny we spent. The Concord store has a great selection and the sales staff was great. The Manager was supposed to follow up with us regarding their no sales tax and I never heard back from them, and finally I had to go back in there,,, but that was our only bad experience there…
