I call on a Friday for flowers to be delivered to Shasta Regional Hospital, they assured me they would be delivered on that same Friday. On Sat. this person was discharged and no flowers were delivered. On Sat morning I called several times left two messages ( cause my call is so important to them) it is Monday and I still have not gotten a call back to explain what happen to my near $100.00 order. I will certainly never do business with them again or recommend them.

My dad and his now wife ordered flowers for their wedding that never came. This place never showed up or cared to even call.How dare you fail to deliver flowers on someone’s wedding day!!!We will not recommend anyone to this company.

We used them for a delivery. However the flowers were not delivered to the correct address and DeeDee could have cared less. She had a big attitude and refused to do anything to help find the flowers and have them properly delivered. Very poor attitude and worse customer service!
