Very bad experience! The salesperson didn’t mention their refund policy to me at all on purpose when I booked the bag. Two days later, when I went to pick up my bag, I found another one was better. I was told that I couldn’t exchange the one I prefered later unless I gave up my refund and accepted their so-called store credit even I never picked up the bag in the first place. Also, I was not feeling they were trying to satisfy customers with being cold and ego. Never come back again!PS: Remember they have a very STUPID refund policy! Never saw this before! They just print the policy on the very bottom of the small receipt.

I was some what hesitant to come to this store because of all the bad pervious review. I took a chance and came. Let me tell you. I was treated as royalty. Roger was extremely kind and acknowledgeable of the product. I couldn’t decide on which purse to purchase so he helped me with that. I was unsure of the color and he showed me all of the color swashs to decide from. The young lady who rang up my purchase (sorry I forgot her name) was supper sweet. I would recommend this store as a great store to purchase your next Maison Goyard items.
