Whether I recommend this place or not, here are my stories. My family experienced 2 separate incidents with them. You’re wondering why go back the second time? There were 2 separate stories. The first, my family members ran into problems with them when they wanted to ship heavy duty machines and the management was not able to offer us a solution after our items were damaged. They were not professional in their tone with us either. My parents wanted no problems and nicely asked for solutions. The machines i believe never got sent to the rightful destination to be repaired or replaced in any way. The second situation involved my personal experience with them. I was away in college and came home to visit my family. I have heard about the altercation the first time, but I didn’t know anywhere else to get physical assistance in mailing my package since I didn’t trust leaving my package in the drop-off box at bucees. I walked in and didn’t get any type of welcome. I received their service and trusted that my amazon return package would be delivered. I found out my package was never delivered after a notification weeks later that the return package was not received by the deadline so I just lost my money and received no product in the end. This happened awhile ago and i hesitated on writing this review since I honestly don’t ever write reviews. I still have no idea where my package had gone to.
