We had one of the worst experiences in our 20 years of business with this company, particularly the owner. They have no posted return/exchange policy on their website or on receipts. We bought a restaurant cooler from them for our business in September. It was too tall for our space. We requested a return within 24 hrs. and offered to pay the $75 moving fee. The owner refused to meet or speak with us, gave us the runaround through the sales rep, and it took a demand letter from our attorney at a cost of $250. and 46 days later just to get them to pick it up and remove it from our bakery. They kept $350. of our purchase total which is illegal. We disputed the withheld charges through our credit card company and recovered the amount. It took almost six months to resolve. Very poor business. We do not recommend any local restaurant or food service business to purchase from them. We stand by our integrity, good faith and professionalism as small-business owners in Rochester. They certainly do not stand by their mission statement at Main-Ford General Supply. Zero stars if we could rate them such, based on this experience.

Awful company to order from. It took me multiple emails and phone calls at least 10 in total, to get a response. Then after finally getting my order placed and paid for, it wasn’t shipped till more than a month later!
