This review is for the people who care how they are treated. Google needs to update their format in reference to reviews. We are forced to put 1 star when the business doesn’t even deserve that. I just went to said location FOR THE FIRST TIME, as I received a notification that one of my packages was sent to the MAILBOX DEPOT, why, I have no idea if I have my own residence to receive packages. The notification stated that my package was ready for pickup, as a lady identified as Norma had received my package. Upon arrival, (about 10:30am), an identified female, to me, was advised that I was there for that purpose, in which in return, she stated that no packages had been received today and that I had to return until after 1pm. Luckily, my confirmation stated said name, so I then entered said business and ask the female who Norma was. Her response was that she was said female. I then asked her why she mentioned that no package was there if the confirmation even said her name. Her response was that she had no idea packages were dropped of. QUESTION ????, she received the packages but didn’t know she received packages, RIGHT !!!!! So what is the correct response? She then stated that whether the package was there or not, I had to wait until 1pm to receive. After her true colors began to come out and become rude, I advised her that I was already at location due to the confirmation and she still didn’t care. Her response was that she was not going to stop what she was doing to assist me, (me being the customer), and the business had no other customers but me. Bad consideration for customers. She was then advised that she needs to get her notification settings correct and not be sending false information to customers, WHEN WE DO HAVE DROP WHAT WE ARE DOING TO TRAVEL TO HER LOCATION, and for nothing. We still have to return back as we have been denied our service for something they decided to sign up for. It is so sad, that I still have to return to said place and see that unprofessional face of hers. She obviously is a two face for those that have gotten good service from her.

Shipping is pricy but it is what it is. Fast & easy. Theres more inside than a regular post office.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value The lady in the front was very RUDE. Absolutely no customer service skills from them. I would not recommend faxing at this location.
