Went today to have some documents notarized. There are instructions on these documents explaining that the witness to the signatures must not be a relative or someone who knows the party. The notary there gave the document for my wife to sign. By the time I realized she was signing the document it was too late. I told the notary that it could not be a family member, and because of her lack of professionalism I was going to have to go back home, reprint the document, and then go back to the store to finish the notarization. The employee offered no apologies for her oversight, in fact she hardly said a word and barely uttered a thank you when I left. I was furious. Lucky for her enough time passed while I drove back home and then back to the store that I cooled down. Otherwise I would have ripped her and the owner a new one.Very unprofessional, total lack of customer service, the employees walk around like zombies, and zero courtesy. Mr. Norton you run a horrible business, you will never see another dime from me. But, I’m sure you don’t care, since the attitude of the employees is a reflection of management.Mr. Norton:Your response is exactly what I was expecting. While I appreciate that Notary training is specific to the tasks and duties as a lawful witness, my disgust with my particular experience yesterday has to do with a total lack of courtesy and appreciation for good customer service. That sir, is on you. You are the owner of the establishment and you should take responsibility for your employees lack of action or concern in this situation. You should really take this to heart because I have heard bad things about your management style from others in the community. I never thought a simple document notarization would create such distress. And by the way, I told your employee that the document had to be signed/witnessed by an unrelated person yet she continued to give the document to my wife to sign. This total disregard to my instructions has nothing to do with being a well trained notary. I’m sorry but you are wrong, and you should take ownership of your reputation for bad service. Look at it this way, in your case the only way is up, because you are at rock bottom.

I went yesterday late morning to mail out some items and a letter to a friend of mine. I came in very unprepared. I encountered a young man named Oliver who was very helpful in picking out the appropriate sized insulated envelope and helping me find the most affordable type of shipping that was also expedient. The gentleman was very professional and very friendly, I am used to a different kind of experience at the USPS office. Highly recommend this establishment, I had no idea they offer alot of different services.

I love this place and use them for all my mailing needs. The staff are knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful. If I’m lucky the owner is there and he always goes out of his way to help.
