Nice store with lots of interesting items. Not too over-priced. Long lines but otherwise a nice place to visit.
Brandon Brose
Very cool store. Kinda pricy, but as a destination stop, not more than expected.

… like me you’ll find the location to have an elegant layout with a nice flow. The environment is friendly and you feel welcomed here. But it is just a store for shopping.

I’ve been to Waco many times over the years, on my way from Dallas to Austin/San Antonio. For the first time, I went and stayed in Waco for a girls weekend and we went to Magnolia in the afternoon. They have expanded a LOT since I had been pre Covid. To be honest…. I wouldn’t probably ever go again. It’s very touristy and everything is so over priced. I love their show and I think all the power to Chip and Joanna for figuring out how to build this empire. But $60 for a candle is excessive. Everything seemed to be over priced. It was fun to look around and see the wedding venue and all the stores but I wish they would make things more affordable. Just not in my budget.

This is a nice place. A nice place in many aspects. First, it’s not just a store, but a family compound. Thoughtfully designed family activity spaces amongst retail buildings. Second, lots of clean restrooms. Third, local food trucks with an adjoining picnic table area. But most of all, Magnolia shows how a business can restore and incorporate itself in a small town. It is very obvious Magnolia wants to share it’s success within the community. The Gaines’s have set a new standard for retail ‘stores’ . I don’t mind spending my money here.

Enjoyed Sunday afternoon at Church under the Bridge Silo edition with the family. Got to explore the history and modeled community. Definitely want to get here early before the lines start!
