Went in to replace an Alex and Ani necklace that broke. The manager (owner?) told me it wasn’t Alex and Ani even though I had purchased it myself from the once Alex and Ani store in Saratoga Springs. Oh, well we don’t have that. No help – very disappointed. They could have made a sale if they would have said, I don’t have that but I do have this that may work instead. Oh well… purchased off website instead.
