Bought a pack of (3) extremely overpriced cotton masks on a Saturday. The next day one broke, I threw it away and let it go. Monday morning the second one broke…for $28, not ok and worth driving back for a standard WARRANTY REPLACEMENT. I drove back with the broken mask and the one good mask and asked for a replacement of at least the one broken 1 that I had with me. The assistant manger told me she could do NOTHING for me without the 3rd mask. Manger gets involved and gives me the same commentary, but at least has enough customer service common sense to make an exception for this 50cent piece of cloth that is up charged to $28 dollars. Again, standard warranty procedure would be to, at minimum, replace the broken one that you can see with your eyes is broken. Zero stars for customer service. This should have been a no-brainer-mangerial-call. It wasn’t a gold bracelet it was a piece of cloth that costs pennies to manufacture. Ironic that your store is called Madewell.
