I called the store to find out if some shoes where available that were sold out online. A nice lady name Nico found the shoes available in their San Francisco location. Instead of having me call she was so wonderful and called the store in SF and did the complete transaction for me so I was able to get my shoes and free shipping. This is what I call great customer service.
