My wife has been looking at Madewell online. Coming into the store, the clothes were 40% off, so well worth the trip! Ali was helping us and she was very nice and friendly. I was really impressed with the level of community engagement and care that goes into the Madewell brand. The fresh plants were a noticeable difference with similar shops. This place has done their research and are providing quality materials with boutique service. Bring your old jeans to recycle them!

Walked up to the door at 6:00 (and thirty seconds) to find the door already locked. The employee on the other side of the glass just frowned :// I said I was only there to pick up my online order that was already prepared and pre-paid for. All she said was “too bad” and gave me another :/. I completely understand that it was a hair past 6:00 (even though the clock still said 6:00), but because parking on Congress is always rough and she understood I had already paid for my goods- I just expected this higher end retailer to have higher end service. Bummer :/
