Worst customer service experience. Went in purchase 2 mattress and a Box spring, was told 7 to 10 days, waited over 2 weeks, went back to store was told they no longer had the items. Then wanted to charge a cancelation fee because I needed a refund.These ppl are scammers. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS STORE.

Delivery men refuse to wear mask I had 7 month old Granddaughter in the apartment had to argue over mask during pandemic one guy refused continuously also they quoted incorrect final payment end up being more after consulting finance company. Over fury quality poor has glow but it’s garbage

OMG! I wouldn’t never recommend nobody to go and buy their furniture at maddys in Mount Vernon the customer service is really poor. I purchased my vanity on November 4 and I just receiving it on November 19, I was supposed to get delivery yesterday I spoke to a lady on Friday that I need it on Tuesday after 2 pm because that was the only day for me available she said it was fine that she well document the account when Tuesday come they call in the morning asking if somebody is there to drop it off when I specifically told them I wasn’t available in the morning they said that the guys will go to new jersey and wasn’t going to get to me on time. Fine I let that pass… I told them someone will be home after 11am they said it was fine for 11. 12, 1,2pm came and they wasn’t there. my husband was just closing the door to leave and the delivery show up, left merchandise on the box came back and open it because somebody from the store call them, they took it out of the box to make sure everything is fine. they just show it to the from and had my husband to sign for it. Now I get home and they didn’t even took the garbage left the boxes here and the funny thing is that my furniture is damaged every corner of it. I don’t want it anymore and not going to pay all that money for damage furniture. I will return it and never do business with them. I have gotten all my merchandise from gallerryfurnitureny never had any problem with them the merchandise is good and the delivery on time.
