Staff is super friendly but the A/C doesn’t work! It is so hot and frustrating to shop. Poor staff is dying of heat.

This review is based on our experience in the men’s shoe department. The older gentleman working the shoe department was unprofessional and rude. We had been waiting around 5 mins patiently for someone to help my husband with a shoe size. When the gentleman finally started walking towards the shoe department he turned to us and waved his hand up and said “ya it’s gonna be 10 mins” and walked away. So unprofessional. I can understand him being the only person working in the shoe department so he may have been busy, but in no way is that the correct or professional way to address a customer. We went to check out elsewhere and the lady at the time working the Tommy Hilfiger department was so kind and helpful, she got my husband the shoe he wanted and we were able to purchase and be on our way! Perhaps the gentleman in the shoe department would be better fit to work in just restocking shoes or something slower pace so he doesn’t feel bothered by customers again.
