Parking near the Macy’s furniture gallery is challenging on weekend. We went to see the sample bedroom collection after seeing them online. They have really good stock on all kind of furniture on a big spacious floor to see. Furniture is nicely arranged and the environment is so welcoming. Staff is really nice and helpful. A floor salesman named Abdul helped us with showing furniture and tried to match with our requirements. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. It’s definitely worth it to explore here before buying any furniture , especially because it’s not something one buys often, unlike clothing

TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a couch in Aug, waited 3 months and not a word from anyone at Macy’s. Sales rep kept saying she had no updates and never pushed customer service to dig deeper. I ended up calling customer service myself and to demand they give me the manufacturer info for the couch to see why there are no updates to our order after 13 weeks. Manufacturer confirms they never made the couch as they didn’t have the fabric. What kinda service is this??? Its the manufacturer’s fault for not communicating to Macy’s and its Macy’s lack if due diligence to even get to the bottom of the issue and tell us we’ve been wasting our time. Sales rep never cared to assist us further after she got her sales commission.Totally unacceptable and bad services on Macy’s.

We visited on Saturday evening and found a great rug we wanted but had forgotten our gift card and did not have our van. Ghaida was so nice and helped us put it on hold so we could pick it up the next day.When we returned the next day to pick it up but we found out that another salesperson had sold the rug without even calling us first…Ghaida was as surprised as us, she took down all our information, shared her cell phone number with me and promised to make it right.I am happy to say today, 3 days later, Ghaida followed up letting me know she found the same rug at another store and would be shipping it directly to us!!Ghaida thank you for going above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience and giving us a good memory of the great customer service Macy’s can provide!!
