Wow this store is much larger than I thought it would be. They have so much to choose from. The saleswoman was walking by with a customer and took the time to greet me with a cheerful hello. Then they faded to the other side of the store. Very nice assortment of furniture and the store is very clean

DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM MACYS FURNITURE GALLERY!! They have been lying about their expected delivery dates. My partner and I ordered our couch and bed set in DECEMBER with an expected delivery date in February. It is now April and both our couch and furniture set have been delayed multiple times, with expected delivery now in MAY. I don’t even trust that our furniture will arrive in May. What’s more is that Macy’s customer service has not been understanding at all regarding how frustrating this has been. We spent THOUSANDS of dollars on furniture and they have only offered us a couple hundred dollars back. For a delay of FIVE MONTHS – probably more. This is unacceptable to me from a large company like Macy’s. If they had been honest about their perspective delivery dates – we would never have ordered with them in the first place. They clearly don’t value their customers at all, and I have completely lost my trust in the company. I will be telling everyone I know.
