Not much selection for men’s clothing, I like that there isn’t very many people there compared to the plaza mall. Last time I was in there I was looking for a piece of jewellery for my wife and 3 of their associates working the jewellery counter were chattering and laughing amongst themselves and wouldn’t acknowledge me so I brought my business elsewhere. They are starting to put their Cologne in perfume testers out again so that’s good. All in all kind of an underwhelming Macy’s

I have always been happy with Macy’s, and have shopped at various locations for years. However, when i was in this store in mid-May 2021, it was hard to find help. I went between multiple areas looking for anyone who could help with a selection at one of the men’s cosmetic sections. I know that staffing is difficult during COVID, but I was in a number of other stores the same day, and they were sufficiently staffed. Hopefully things get better over time, but right now, they are quite average.
