RUN! Do not do any business with Macy’s furniture department. They have absolutely ZERO communication with their drivers (they dispatch them out), and you will not see your furniture for weeks to months on end. They will tell you a delivery slot and will miss the slot multiple times. They’re customer service is absolutely god awful and a nightmare to deal with. The best I got from customer service was a “that’s too bad.” WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
