One of the better places in the AV to shop for formalwear. We have always been able to find reasonably priced clothing for any type of event. The store is clean and organized, the employees are usually very nice, and they have a bigger selection than a few other Macy’s stores I have been too.

Macy’s customer service has changed for the positive. Shopping is easy, lots of options. Recently I have experience very easy refund accommodation, the staff is beyond friendly. Made it very easy for me to get what I needed, processed my return and off I went. Prices were fair, not too many discounts available that day. Now we just need to stop being forced to wear masks, cutting my shopping time in half have trouble walking w a mask causing me to hyperventilate after a while
