I’ve not been out since the pandemic in public. I visited Macy’s for lingerie for my grandson’s wedding. There was no help, the dressing rooms were Dusty and the mirrors were dirty.

I like to order on line and sometimes things don’t work out bin this case, my jacket arrived with the theft deterrent tag still on :(. I was angry at first, but since I had some errands to run anyway, thought I would see if I can quickly get it done. Walked in and walked out with no hassle and great service. No lines at all around 12:30 on a Thursday.

Had such great customer service I wish I would have gotten the ladies who helped me find some clothes for my son she did more than I was expecting she said she was not in her own department because she was only helping men’s fold clothes and get all cleaned up. And still not being her area she helped without hesitation… And because of that I rate five stars!!!
