It’s Macy’s but the staff here isn’t the best I hate to say. I always have issues getting help in every Department. There’s times that I come here to purchase a few expensive bags for my wife and no one would help me so I would just leave and go over to Dillard’s. when I order things online, there’s always issues as well. There has been times when I ordered a few items and it says that you can pick them all up at once but the staff would send it back because they don’t comprehend. To have some pretty ignorant people managing as well. Also you may not want to order online sometimes they send you used stuff, it’s actually embarrassing taking it back because it makes it look like you wore it. I pretty much go to Dillards from now especially after today
