No one is helpful here. Most of the time the workers don’t want to be bothered. Before the pandemic I tried twice to make an appointment at the brow bar and they told me they had no appointments available. Yet the three young ladies working there were just chatting it up. I thought ok maybe they are on break. When I came back from my mall shopping they were still there just chatting. Didn’t look at all busy to me but whatever. I tried again in a random day and they did the same thing all over again. Just terrible.

Good to be back inside one of my favorite Macy’s. Everything was orderly and well laid out although everything had been rearranged from the last time I was there. Not as many of the brands I’m used to buying. Still, wait time to check out was minimal since I was there mid week. Look foward to going back.
