After being away for over 2years…I was not impressed. Still too much in the isles. Seems more like a discount store than a upscale department store. Can’t find someone to help unless you want make up or a fragrance. Also, the doors to the outer parking lot is locked and blocked, so you have to go in thru the mall and the pass the make up barn yard.

Went there on Saturday, and is as you expect after the pandemic people are out shopping, the place look like a bomb went off inside, clothes and shoes everywhere, poor staff seem understaffed they were scrambling around to help everybody they could. I’m sure I’ll be back I enjoy those Macy’s clothes lines and things like that. But wow what a nightmare it was on Saturday

This place has amazing sales. If you catch the clearance rack in time you can get things for 90% off. It’s always very clean. Nice and quiet. And the downstairs cosmetics are vast.
