It seems every time we are there, Billy in the Mens Department just goes above and beyond to help us out. You really have a stellar employee there. He is just so knowledgeable and professional. You rarely find that these days in department stores. You can tell he really cares about what he does. Give this man a raise. As for the store itself, it’s your typical mall Macy’s. Always has what I am looking for. Last remaining department store in Destiny USA unfortunately…

I wanted to share my experience with an individual at this Macy’s by the name of Juanita. I had mistakenly when I ordered online asked to have my order shipped to the Syracuse Macy’s. I called on Wednesday evening and spoke with Juanita. She was very pleasant and professional. Pronounced my name correctly which impressed me. She explained that she wasn’t sure about having my shipment sent to my home, but would speak with someone and follow up with me the next day when the store opened. The next day I received a call from Juanita, and she informed me that it wouldn’t be a problem shipping it and obtained all my contact information. I felt the need to write this review because I was very impressed by Juanita’s professionalism, but most importantly her follow up!!
