First time back since before COVID-19. Loved to see all the new styles and colors. Very sad to see only a skeleton crew. Only one register open and workers that were not familiar with the store.I miss the days of a personal shopper coming over with a smile and helping you pick the perfect items.

I can’t seem to find anything that I’m looking for in Macy’s anymore. All I wanted was two simple black jackets, jackets that I could wear with a dress or a skirt. I could not find one single jacket in the entire store. I am going there less and less. LL

I went to return some holiday presents. The lines weren’t too long and everyone was polite and helpful. I expected to receive monies as a gift card but instead was informed I would get a check sent home. I found good sales and bought a trendy pair of INC pants at half price. Also found these nice booties for myself!
