Thus location is in the Bay Plaza Mall . It is very well organized and easy to find departments. The staff is attentive and helpful. Their are plenty of great products to buy here and also high end bags and let’s not forget the makeup section is fantastic and clean . I would recommend shopping at this location if you are a Macy’s frequent.

Enjoyed my shopping experience. Every staff member were informative and respectful. There training must have been fun because everyone was happy and joyful. There were some untidy areas but thats due to the holiday season. Merchandising was spot on for the Holiday. Bright cheercul environment. Not overly crowded due to Covid …. expected.

Didn’t have a big polo and Tommy Hilfiger collection for men. Also the lines was a little long and it took even long to get to the cashier when there were other vacant cashier booth available.
