The guys at MacHollywood are very professional and timely. I had a hard drive that would not mount. After looking into it, they were able recover my data. The drive was so old that somethings just were not able to retrieve without considerable time and expense, which I was informed upfront. They even reduced the initial quote because they were not able to recover all the data. They are pros.
