I’ve been using MAC cosmetics for as long as I can remember! I wanted to introduce this brand to my daughters and they both fell in love with everything here!I’m writing this because I want everyone to know the staff here is very personable, professional and talented! I took my daughter here for her full on makeup glam for her senior and prom photos. Alex did her the first time and she had requested him again the 2nd time as she loved his work so much! He’s very talented and a gem to this store.Cara the manager at this store made sure everyone was being taken cared of by checking in on us (which I though was outstanding) even while the store was packed with customers.I very much appreciated the fact they made my daughter feel nothing but special on her big day! Thank you MAC for being so great with her experience!!

I purchased a couple foundations, mineralized powders, and setting spray last week. The powders I’m familiar with the foundation sticks were new to me; I was told the day of if they didn’t work for me I could return them. A week later I decided to return the foundation sticks as I found product that was more to my liking and the sticks just weren’t for me. Get to the store and I’m told since I brought them during a sale I could only exchange them (keep in mind I already purchased the only other MAC products I would use). I was told this by the same person that helped me w the original purchase ♀️. Had I known this I either wouldn’t have bought the foundations or I would’ve opted to pay full price. Disappointed bc I feel like I got worked over to get a sale…. The moral of the story is don’t by MAC products on sale unless you’re 100% sure you’ll love them, even if the store associate says you can bring them back bc the story may change after you checkout.
