I requested a certain makeup artist months in advanced and I was so excited to get my makeup done by her! the day of my appointment I get there to find out she was not even working… It would be of been nice to receive a call to let me know that the artist I requested could not do my makeup that day so I could of make another arrangements. By the end of the night my foundation oxidize and I was orange. My foundation was not blended down to my neck so I was two different shades. Not a good experience for the amount of money I spent on products to receive the makeup application. Probably will never use their services again.

I was at the Mac store yesterday and had one of THE best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went in (totally not planned) to look for an eye brow pencil. Alex helped me out. Not only did she help me find one, she gave me a whole makeup look. Now that is excellent customer service!
