Wow. Like real wow. Amazing selection. Both off and name brand fabrics. Super variety. Prepare to spend a lot of time looking at everything. Workers can be a tiny bit gruff but they are friendly and helpful.

Plenty of parking with handicap spaces, observing social distancing employees very polite and helpful. I was disappointed the website showed prices much much lower !! Yes there were fabrics priced @ $3.99 off to the left & at the back of the shop but not the new beautiful prints. The beautiful fabrics I liked were $10 to $13 a yard, with a minimum 1 yd buy. all cuts must be an increments of 1 yd !! If visiting California I would definitely pop in again
