My husband and I had an unpleasant customer service experience on May 6, 2019. I sent the owner an email. On my goodness, I received an immediate response from the owner, via phone. It was a heartfelt apology. Also the owner made up for the unfortunate experience by placing $10 on my reward account. We went in on May 11, 2019 and received exceptional customer service. We were greeted with a smile and fast service. The store has a vast variety of selections. I no longer show at the department stores for my perfumes. I go to Luxury Perfumes Outlet.Me and my husband are loyal customers of Luxury Perfumes Outlet and normally the customer service is great. However was just there about 30 minutes ago and was waiting because the cashier was serving another couple. When someone walked in, the cashier stopped and helped that customer who came in after us. We walked out due discriminatory service and totally being ignored.
