The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable there. I buy favorites for family members and myself and enjoy the aromatherapy smells. The younger grandkids love the bath bombs.

I’ve been to many lush stores but could never get myself to indulge in $10+ bath bombs for a one time use. It seemed unncessary material luxury. Finally I gave in, thanks to the wonderful staff who’s always willing to help. This store was big, many staff members as well as sample stations with sinks and big utensils. Even though I just wanted one bath bomb, their staff assisted me to tell me about each of the ones I liked so I could make the right decision. She even showed me live how bathbombs work in the basin. I was so surprised and asked her if she really used up a bath bomb for a customer who was only gonna buy one. She said apparently they can use up quite a few of those for samples for customers everyday. Super friendly and pleasantly aesthetic stores. Now I can’t wait to try my purchase and come back for more!
