me and my friend went to lulu for the first time ever yesterday and the ladies working were SO helpful and kind. we both got home and realized we messed up sizing on our leggings so we went back and the associates were very helpful in processing our exchanges and finding what we needed. their customer service was truly unmatched and made our first experience wonderful.

Only dress pants I use! The employees are always helpful when I got to the store and have been great with exchanges if needed.

I had an issue with my recently purchased leggings, still had the receipt, and when I called, the lady on the phone sounded like she didn’t want me to bring my leggings in even though I wanted an exchange and it was clearly the product that had a fault. She kept saying it depends who you get when you come in store. I wanted to exchange them at the 5th ave store even though I got them from Dimond Center because I wanted to see what the 5th ave store had because I wanted to buy more leggings. I’ll just stick to the Lulu over at Dimond Center.
