Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We’ve been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

The store is great even most the employees are wonderful I am giving this review a one star sadly due to a male employee there that was extremely rude and judgemental towards my girlfriend when I was there when she was making a purchase. She was purchasing male boxers for personal matters and he started asking questions on why she wanted this and saying they r for men. She should not have to explain why she wants to buy something. I’m hoping after speaking to a manager when I go back about the way he treated my girlfriend I can change my review and give five stars. For now this store location will stay at a one star sadly.

This place has horrendous customer service. In short, I came to this store months ago and the gal that helped me was judgmental and rude. I rated my visit because they email you after each visit, and the store manager reached out to me. Initially, I thought it was a nice gesture and ended up having a phone conversation with her as well. I then realized she was just doing it because she had to and didn’t really care to teach her staff to be better. Needless to say, I will never return to this location again. However, I had recently gone into a store at a different location and it has restored my confidence in this brand. This brand has great quality clothes, but this location doesn’t have great quality people. It’s truly a shame.
