Great store for all your athletic wear at the Summit. Nice place to spend 20 min while waiting for your table at Chuy’s next door. Made fun of a coworker for wearing these name brand clothes because the name does not sound very masculine but after visiting the store he is off the hook and I had to apologize.

Went in to find some clothes and Natalie helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If you go to the Summit location you definitely want Natalie helping you!

This particular store has terrible customer service. The cashier would not let my mom use her healthcare worker discount to help my daughter (She’s 12) make her first LuLu purchase. She stated that the purchase had to be specifically for my mom. They even explained that it was her birthday gift. My daughter was too embarrassed to decline the purchase. After getting home she decided to return the shirt. A new cashier did not want to refund her in cash, despite the fact that she paid in cash. She said all she could give was a gift card. Luckily I was there to step in and make sure my daughter wasn’t pushed around my the salesperson. The customer service at this store is terrible.
