Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We’ve been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. Front desk cashiers super rude, holier than thou. Have been going to other Lululemon stores (Brooklyn/Manhattan)– this is not normal service. The front desk service here is a gross anomaly compared to other sites. Service with clothing was good; but the cashiers…wow

Staff was friendly and helpful. I went in to get two pairs of leggings hemmed and the color of the thread came back greenish black and doesn’t match the rest of the leggings. I know they send their items out to get tailored. The leggings are amazing and will be returning for them.

The manager was a nightmare. Absolute nightmare. The manager who wasnt a manager referred to me as my husbands mother. Which was a total knowing insult. The girls think they are selling gold but are super dismissive and rude. The only customer service was repulsive. They need to hire real professionals. Not girls who are just there to dress windows. It really is zero stars. People need need to know they are selling a product they dont own the product.
