I recently ordered something from Amazon from Lullaby Baby and Amazon sent me something that was not acceptable. I called Lullaby Baby and within 14 hours, the issue was resolved. Customer service was above and beyond! 2 people followed up with me to ensure Amazon took care of it and issued a refund. They even said if Amazon didn’t help, they would refund me directly from the store, even though it was Amazon’s responsibility.The customer service is really just amazing. What a difference it makes to work with kind, professional people.Thank you!!

Lullaby’s attention to customer service is second to none. We returned to Brooklyn with a baby after a few months staying close to relatives and with hardly any of the essential gear we needed already at home.
