My sister’s comment was deleted from the other day. So below is the recap of what was written.This is my 3rd year going to this location and I hope it is my last. Apparently many schools in the city have some special agreement with this location so you are forced to go to Ludel’s for your child’s uniforms. 3 years in a row I have received the poorest Customer service from the staff. Today, September 1, 2020, I have received the poorest service to date, much worse than my other visits. The uniforms are overpriced. My daughter wears an extra small, they didn’t have blouses in her size today. How are they already out of stuff? It’s the beginning of a new school year…..I go to the register to have a sales person ring up my items. The man behind the register sees me standing at the register. Didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for my items to be rung up. The phone rings and he answers the phone instead of asking me if I needed anything. He takes the 3 minute phone call, hangs up then finally walks up to the register to ring up my items. In the middle of ringing me up, the phone rings again. He doesn’t say a word to me, not a pardon me or an excuse me please let me take this call. He answers the phone and hands me my receipt. My bag is sitting on the side behind the register. I stand at the register to wait for this inconsiderate unprofessional a-hole to hand over my bag. He gives me a blank look basically asking me why I’m standing at the register, that’s when he realized that I was waiting to receive my bag. I checked my bag before leaving the location and I realize…..I’m missing my daughter’s school sweater that I just paid for. I go back to the register and ask about my daughter’s sweater and the man behind the counter goes…..oh yeah……..we are putting the school name on the sweater right now now. It would have been nice to be told so before the bag was handed to me. They are cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional at Ludel’s. I truly hope is my last year going there.Add photos

Excellent quality healthcare apparel at Ludels. The owner is really helpful, addresses your concerns, and is really quick with turnaround. Five years using their services and very content with their service.

Great place for work and school uniforms. Came here to buy scrubs and there was an awesome selection of styles and sizes including petite lengths. They have dressing rooms and a very helpful young salesman. Would definitely go back.
