Wish they had their online store working better with ordered and inventory. Must say that the first time I stepped into Lucky Brand was by accident. But since I discovered this cool store I learned that it is a must stop at store if I am shopping here.

DON’T ORDER ONLINE before confirming that they actually DO have the items in stock. I ordered a couple of pairs of jeans, handed over all my card info, and then went to check out only to find that Neither pair was available — again, that’s after I’ve handed over my card info. I was told by (uninspired, unconcerned) chat and phone staff that the inventory is not regularly updated and that there is no coordination between warehouses for availability. IF they manage their inventory and business like that, how well are they managing your card info? There’s a particular model of jean I’m very fond of, was happy to be able to order a couple more, but this experience has turned me right off. Off to find another pair of favourite jeans ….
