Terrible communication in the online orders/curbside pick up department. Called to ask why half of my order was missing after I got home only to be given numerous excuses then the manager of that department hangs up on me. Yet they always ask for five star reviews for doing their job.

Once again it’s nice to know what is where. I had to find something to complain about I’m probably the lack of registers in the self-checkout area I think they could probably use 4 or 5 more maybe. Who wants their filter for their pump in front of your bedroom window not too many people including my boss Lowe’s help me do this job with the parts that I needed when I need them and they have them all

Very disappointing. Stood for over 15 minutes to get assistance to make a purchase over $600. Only explanation was they must all be at lunch. An entire department! Cashier then said well you can just order them online. And we wonder why the brick and mortar are disappearing. Will go to Lowe’s in lodi where there is customer service. I live a mile from Trinity!
