No customer assistance for an item we needed on an overhead shelf. Waited over 20 min. after an employee in a different department made multiple calls. They also refused to price match a product that we were planning to go to Costco for. We dropped all our items and left. Costco has many helpful employees and best prices.

Lausy customer service, never answered calls, very poor communication between departments, and on top of it rude and boorish store’s management. Very disappointing experience to order, pick up ordered and re-ordered again shower door. Be aware – the home delivery the ordered in store items is not an option for some items.
