If I could give this store 100 stars I would!! Hands down the night crew in the appliance section was so helpful with the process of my refrigerator purchase. All the staff had been very friendly and knowledgeable. The ones who helped me the other night with me new refrigerator…not going to say no names but THANK YOU!!! You all are the best

Worst customer service ever. I wanted to see an item that happen to be on the top shelf. First employee gave me directions to the wrong area. Second employee I asked ran around the aisle and disappeared after I said it was on the shelf. I asked a third employee and he page for me to get help. I waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. What a waste of time. Thanks Lowes for not doing your job.
