Service is terrible. They are short staffed and no one ever answers the phone. I get they are trying but management needs to have more staff. My curbside order was not curb side. The numbers they provided to call when there, no one answered. When I asked, I was told no ones working curbside but they have no signs posted for customers. Every single time I come here it’s a long wait for something I pre ordered and paid for. Absolutely terrible.

I don’t know why I’ve never been to Lowe’s for plant shopping before. Great prices and variety for indoor/outdoor plants. The only issue was that you have to dig around for the ones with better quality. Lots of damaged ones.

I’m sure that Lowe’s is very important for many customers. I was not pleased. Parking is a nightmare, that can be avoided once you realize there is more space on the upper level. There were NO carts for anyone. How does this store function with no carts? No one was answering the phone in the appliance department. I know this because the call was announced numerous times during the 30 minutes I was there. Definitely not good!
