Went in looking for a generator. Found one we liked so we asked for assistance. Waited 10 minutes and had to ask another person. Went to the register only to find that they gave us a 900 dollar one instead of the 600 one we asked for. After all that waiting, turns out they were out of stock. Why not tell us that? On our way to Home Depot now. Disappointed every time we try Lowes.

We went to buy a new washer and with the help of the salesperson, Richard, we were able to get what we wanted. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable of different products and willing to find the answers to questions we had that he didn’t know the answer to. The product was in stock and despite having to go back with a trailer, pick up was quick and easy. Thank you Richard!
